Yup, she left for tertiary study today. maybe a 4 to 5 year journey down the Design road.
She actually posted about her thought on blog and it did surprise me.
She likes to decorate her room like what she's doing but surprisingly she doesn't like people to visit her room but all the while, I did not really know and yet, I gave comments.
As day goes by, both of them or rather all of us grow up. They have their own thinking and directions in life. It's kinda sad that I don't know what's theirs unlike the old times when we had bed talk.
It's not a bad thing though, but the lack of understanding makes me feel strange, especially when the actual thing is far varies from what I predicted.
I am now no longer the brother who guide them along and I actually don't need to. I should get used to the personal growth that makes each of them a different yet unique individual.
They have grown up, the diamond-hard fact that I refuse to accept. Perhaps I should learn to let go the hand of holding them from chasing their own dreams.
We were once noisy but soon to be quiet.
We were once childish but soon to be mature.
We were once children but soon to be adult.
But the responsibility as a brother will always be there.
